How would you describe the man in ece that you know?

He shared how he felt “seen”: social referencing: to run/chase catch them, play hide and seek with, do funny voices with… didn’t feel “seen” for dealing with owies, when kids needed comforting…

Some seen as “father figures”

Some seen as the “referee”

Some seen as the “athlete”

Some seen as the “silly/goofy”

Showed video of him doing a FOIL activity at circle.

Down on floor, ask questions, wait for answers, hands on, engaging material to touch.
